Hannah Bergen wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the merchandise in its original, unused condition within 30 days of the date it was shipped to you.
To return an item, please send to the address below. We do not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued within five (5) business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. The refund will be issued in the form of the original payment used to make the purchase.
Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives and let us know immediately if there has been any damage in shipping.

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and size of your package, as well as your location. All of our products are shipped from the Portland, Oregon area.
Your order will be tracked and you will receive the tracking information once your purchase has been processed by the carrier.
At this time we are not able to ship internationally.
